What is a Mastermind?

The Kent Business Mastermind pairs face-to-face meetings with virtual 1:1 and group support.

Every other month there will be a facilitated meet-up in Kent to directly discuss your business progress and challenges in a group environment. There will be focus time on YOUR business, and you will leave with the key actions to take next. As a Masterminder you will get a chance to hear the progress of the others and help support them with your insight and suggestions.

In between the face-to-face meetings, you will have a virtual 1:1 to report your progress, help with challenges and discuss new plans.

But before all that you will focus on where your business is now, where you want it to be, your ‘why’ for doing all this, and what your key challenges and opportunities are today. This guided insight will give you the foundation and key goals for getting the best out of your Mastermind experience.

Who is a Mastermind for?

Running a business is a rewarding journey, but it can also be daunting at times. We understand the challenges you face – from juggling various tasks to navigating the ever-evolving landscape of being a business owner.

The Kent Business Mastermind is for business owners that are serious about their business and are looking for both personal and business growth. Those that are keen to take action and like to collaborate with others.

It is not for those looking for a quick fix, who want to be told how to run their business or will list all the reasons why it didn’t work.

A Mastermind can provide a real difference to your business, but you do have to put the effort in.

How often are the meetings?

Every other month there is a facilitated meet-up in Kent to directly discuss your business progress and challenges in a group environment. There will be focus time on YOUR business, and you will leave with the key actions to take next. In between the Face-to face meeting you will have a virtual 1:1 with me. A chance to discuss your progress, any particular challenges or opportunities, and to map out the key actions for your next 30 days.

How many are in the Mastermind?

We run with a maximum of 8 in each Group. This is so that everyone gets the opportunity to have their Focus Seat slot at each meeting where we look at your challenges, ideas and opportunities.

Who facilitates the Mastermind Meetings?

Our Mastermind group is facilitated by Amanda Holges, an experienced entrepreneur with a background of over 35 years in developing businesses. Amanda helped build her own family business to a £multi-million international company. She guides the discussions, provides valuable insights, and ensures that each member has an opportunity to contribute and benefit from the group.

How long is the Mastermind Course?

The Kent Business Mastermind is an ongoing membership. I have worked with Masterminders for 3 years plus, as the businesses change and grow, so the challenges and goals change too. There is no long-term tie-in, though we do ask that you commit to the first three months to enable you to see whether a Mastermind is suitable for your needs. After that, it is up to what you see as the benefit to you and your business. I am confident once you see how it can help your business thrive, you will continue.

What’s my Investment?

As well as your monthly membership, you will need to investment your time and effort. How much you bring of this will directly affect the outcome of your business and success. Whatever success is to you personally. The Mastermind can facilitate your growth, but it is down to you as the business owner to take the knowledge and insight it provides and use it for the best of your goals.

How confidential are discussions within the group?

Confidentiality is paramount in our Mastermind group. Members are encouraged to share openly and honestly, knowing that discussions within the group remain confidential. This creates a safe and supportive environment where members can freely discuss challenges, seek advice, and celebrate successes.

Will you tell me how to run my business?

Nope! To be clear, this is not an ‘advice’ service. We will not tell you what you should do. But we will bring our own views, suggestions, methods and insight, for you to consider and take forward as you feel best for you and your business. Afterall, it is YOUR business
